Choose Saproling for Xenograft, then with Life and Limb out, cast the Avenger.

-Because every creature you control is a saproling, and therefore a forest land, the Avenger will give you a token for every creature and normal forest-type land you control, including itself.
-Because all of those plant saproling tokens count as land, however many they are will get that many +1/+1 counters from the Avenger's landfall trigger.
