Does not work. All "Whenever this creature attacks" triggers are checked once and only once, when attackers are initially declared each combat phase.
The Flamerush and Aurelia both trigger at that moment, giving you your extra combat phase and a token copy of Aurelia. The new token enters combat AFTER attack triggers are checked, and does not get to add to the stack.
At the end of combat, per the Flamerush's ability, the token self-exiles, so it never gets to stick around to try to trigger its own extra combat phase.

Alright. I just didn't know that rule about the stack, which is about the only reason I thought it would work.
