Quicksilver Dagger on the Graftmage.
1 +1/+1 Graftcounter on the Bloom Tender.
Tap Tender for rgu, untap for ru, g left in pool,...repeat and collect g.
Transform g via Leafcaller to u, untap Graftmage infinite times and tap him for poke damage...

Dagger says to draw a card when you tap that creature, so I would limit the damage to be less then your deck size left.

I started searching for an Aura in the (hybrid) Colors u or g, but there's been no one I found...
But no Problem, MTG has enough Cards to fix this...!-D
Beside having Laboratory Maniac on the battlefield I coud just replace the Dagger by Fire Whip or Demonspine Whip, I just have to have a third Color for the Bloom Tender...
I also could have one of the following add-ons on the battlefield:
