Just happened to remember that Fastbond does damage for its trigger.

Turn 1, Amulet of Vigor / Fastbond, one or the other, doesn't matter.
Turn 2, the other one.
Turn 3, Personal Sanctuary

Now, play Selesnya Sanctuary, untap it with the Amulet of Vigor, tap it for mana, return it to your hand, and let the Personal Sanctuary prevent Fastbond from even damaging you in the first place.

Any of the land-bouncing sanctuaries work, but obviously Selesnya's is on-color for the combo.

Plus, the PS will also stop those pesky end-of-your-turn Lightning Bolts to your face.
