You don't need Conspiracy AND Xenograft, just one or the other, choosing dragon as the creature type.

With enough creatures and Silumgar, it will be impossible for your opponent to block, as all of their creatures, indestructible or not, will be dead as soon as you attack.

If you are not going for token type transformation there are 8 creatures in b/u with changeling ability, and some b/u creatures with type Dragon.

So build an b/u Dragon deck!-)

Artificial Evolution would be suitable in a token deck.
