With intruder alarm, march of the machines, and trading post in play, cast spine of ish sah. Odds are you have mana from other artifact-based sources, hopefully not artifact lands. Once spine resolves, sack to trading post, draw your card, and recast spine. The best way to go about this strategy is to play a lot of 0 cmc artifacts, a couple of reliquary towers, and keep your hand full. If possible, run vedalken orrey's to react quickly and prevent your opponent from playing anything. An alternate win can be by using storm cards in blue.

Tolarian Academy works better with 0 cmc artifacts than the March of the Machines thing. But if you have a creature based mana source you don't need the academy...
Combine with Hurkyl's Recall and Upheaval for storm Count.
