Have Llawan as your general. have Deadeye and Peregrine drake in play. Play lind seer, make all their creatures blue with Blind seer. Play Llawan and bounce all their creatures.
Add Kormus bell and Urborg, tomb of yawgmoth to build, to bounce their lands as well.

I think I would just use Painter's Servant. With Llawan as your commander, you have access to the biggest suite of artifact fetching cards to make sure to get the servant out, too.
Kudos for using the Blind Seer though. Urza-in-Disguise doesn't get a lot of attention.

i believe painter's servant is banned in edh so this would be a nice alternative

It also doesn't really prevent anything. The Seer can only make a spell blue once its on the stack, which means Llawan can't stop it from being cast. So its a really mana intensive mass-unsummon.

I've personally always been a fan of Deadeye Navigator linked with Venser, Shaper Savant.
