Goldmane is sitting as a place holder for Ajani Steadfast from M15. Its emblem ability prevents all but one damage that would be dealt to you or a planeswalker you control.

Get the final emblem take no damage for as long as the Armor is out.
Combos well with Espelth's emblem of indestructibleness and Witchbane orb.
