Run this the same as any other Warp World Framework, but of note, if you drop this altar early, you can mill a good chunk of their deck away.

Then, when you finally fire off the Warp World (provided you hit at least one, if not more Altars), you can mill off another huge chunk of their deck, including whatever good cards they may have gotten to the field before the warp.

Now that I've gotten to play this one online, it is absolutely nuts. If your opponent somehow has cards in their library by your second Warp, they won't after.

In my test deck, I had 11 non-permanent cards, so a full-deck warp resulted in 176 altar triggers.

Its rather amusing running a red mill deck, I must say.
