Heartless Summoning makes Mikaeus, as well as your evoke-cast creatures cheaper, and Mikaeus negates penalty from the Summoning.

In this particular demonstration, cast (yes, evoke counts as casting) the Mulldrifter for U. Draw your two cards, let it die, Mickey brings it back for you, netting you TWO MORE cards, and the Mulldrifter is even bigger than it would have been.
