Fervent Charge is sitting in for:
Mardu Ascendancy
Attack with all of your creatures, getting an attacking goblin token for each non-token in the mix, and in turn making your whole army that much larger, new tokens included. For the math:
Attack with five 1/1 non-token creatures. Mardu Ascendancy triggers for each, creating a token and triggering Cathars' Crusade in turn, leaving you with:
-five 6/6 non-token creatures
-five new tokens, ranging down from 6/6 to 2/2
Your swing for 5 damage is now a swing for 50.
This also works to a lesser extent with Goldnight Commander, included in the combo as an alternate to the Crusade and for reference.

Do the token come into Play the same time or are they single Trigger Events?

By the wording, its a trigger for each attacking non-token creature.
