Cast Graftmage first, cast Follower second and put a +1/+1 counter on her.
Now tap Lotus for uuu, tap Follower to untap the Lotus and pay uu to untap the Follower.
Repeat.
Once you have enough u mana you may untap other targets or produce other colored mana.
