Island = Radiant Fountain
Have at least 5 lands in Play, return the 3 lands and the Ancient to your hand. Play the lands again (3 damage by Fastbond), gain 4 life by the Fountains, gain 3 colored mana by the Cobra. Cast Ancient again, repeat.

Infinite life and storm count.
Add Locus lands and Amulet of Vigor or
have 4 Fountains and 2 temples in play and pay Ancient's activation cost twice (on stack) or
add Amulet of Vigor and double mana lands (e.g. Simic Growth Chamber). Then you have infinite colored mana, too.
