Narset, Enlightened Master is Temporal Mastery

Put your library in the right order ... attack ... the orc is also wonderful for miracle cards

The Orc exiles half the top eight cards of your deck at random, just to let you rearrange the other four of them. All of which Narset will flip anyway, so order is irrelevant.
