Any infinite mana combo will work, but I  like pili-pala. Infinite mana make all your permamanents indestructable and have indestructibility on that which was taken. Attack with walking dream with worldslayer equipped. BAM Nuke.

The heartstone/Training Ground + Pili-pala + Paradise Mantle/Multani's Harmony/Utopia Vow?
The Pili-pala + Ashnod's altar + Presence of Gond?
or the Pili-pala + Mana Reflection + Paradise Mantle/Multani's Harmony/Utopia Vow?

Because twogunkid is using the first combo...
