Have all in Play. Sac the Swarm. Chose Poppet for the 3 -1/-1 Counters (stack first, resolve last). Swarm undies back to battlefield (stack second, resolve first) with a +1/+1 Counter. Remove 1 -1/-1 Counter from the Poppet targeting the Swarm. Counters equalize each other. Place 3 -1/-1 Counters on the Poppet (in sum 5 Counters, you should have places some -1/-1 Counters on other creatures before). Repeat.

Infinite etb and ltb Triggers, infinite -1/-1 Counters on creatures. Infinite sac engine effects.
