Seems like the best way to do something is the simplest way.
Batterskull is sitting in for the twice-used now, Dragon Throne of Tarkir card.
Umbral Joiner is already a famous combo for an infinite mana supply with an infinitely powerful creature.
Crank the joiner up to whatever you want, sit him on the throne, use the built up mana to continue to buff the joiner while also sending your army's power to even greater ridiculousness.
