This also needs the Conspiracy card Marchesa, the Black Rose.

It's expensive as all get out, but here's how it works. Have all cards in play. Sacrifice the Kavu, dealing 2 damage to everything. It comes back with a +1/+1 counter thanks to Mikaeus. You get any creatures killed by Colossus from Grave Betrayal, giving them all a +1/+1 counter. At this point, all non-Human creatures that die are yours more or less permanently, as either Marchesa or Mikaeus brings them back if you controlled the dead creatures or Grave Betrayal brings them back if an opponent controlled them. In addition, the Kavu essentially becomes "R: Deal 2 damage to each creature."

I'm working on a Marchesa EDH deck. Slave of Bolas and Treacherous Urge are also fun with her.

Read Kavu instead of Colossus. I used Bloodfire Colossus at first, and it's not letting me edit.

Please consider that Marchesa is a Human, too, and her return effect takes place at the beginning of next end step.
By that she won't return to the battlefield by Mikaeus. You need a way of providing a +1/+1 counter on her.
Same to Mikaeus. He doesn't have undying.
Grave Betrayal only Returns opponent's creatures.

With all out the Kavu makes 6 damage first turn. After 2 damage without +1/+1 Counter he returns due to Mikaeus. After activation of the second 2 damage he will return at the beginning of next end step; now you may avtivate him for a third time, then he will stay in the graveyard until beginning of opponents end step.
After that you may activate him twice each 2 turns or once a turn since he starts with the +1/+1 Counter.
