go to cast spell, enchantment triggers, search for second spell, can cast more than the first so it fizzles. first spell is shuffled into bottom of deck. no one can cast spells.

This is a nice lock, but there a holes...
You may cast spell from zones different from your Hand: flashback spells or madness*.
Creatures cast from Exile or graveyard (unearth or therelike)...

From your Hand you may activate Forecast abilities.

I suggest to combine with Mesmeric Orb to fill your graveyard...


* Madness is technically cast from Exile Zone:
702.34a Madness is a keyword that represents two abilities. The first is a static ability that functions while the card with madness is in a player’s hand. The second is a triggered ability that functions when the first ability is applied. “Madness [cost]” means “If a player would discard this card, that player discards it, but may exile it instead of putting it into his or her graveyard” and “When this card is exiled this way, its owner may cast it by paying [cost] rather than paying its mana cost. If that player doesn’t, he or she puts this card into his or her graveyard.”

thanks man, I also realise I made a mistake on my description of how it works, it still does but yes you can cast from other zones, plus the cast card is exiled (when cast from hand) and then shuffled into the bottom of deck. makes no difference but I like being thorough.

in a competitive sense, I don't think the hole of being able to cast from non hand zones is that terrible because generally if a player can cast only spells with flashback or madness ect. the rest of their plan is unlikely to unfold. plus for madness they still have to manage to discard something. (which could actually now that I think about it happen from not being able to cast anything for multiple turns)

plus this could also add some build around tools such as putting this is a burning vengeance deck. (which coincidentally was one of my first decks that ive done well with)
