Simply play another creature if he would try to burn his own creature to get rid of Prison Term.

If your opponent played an Eldrazi spawner creature and you moved Prison Term to it, would the tokens come into play?

Your combo no worky. Prison Term only triggers when a creature comes into play under an opponent's control, not for your own guys.

Also, the Eldrazi player would still get his tokens, it's a triggered ability for when it comes into play.

EDIT: Assuming you mean one of the ones with 'when this comes into play, put some tokens into play'
