With Megatog in play, cast Semblance Anvil from your hand and exile any artifact besides one of your two Myr Retrievers. Then, since the Retrievers become free, cast both. Sacrifice one to Megatog's ability, then the other. When the second one hits the graveyard, its ability will let you bring the first one back into your hand. Play it for free and continue to sacrifice and bring back until you are satisfied with your 9,999/10,000 Megatog with Trample.

Semblance Anvil can be replaced by Urza's Incubator.
