Maybe you replace Gravecrawler by Wall of Kelp.
This makes it mono blue and you don't need a second Zombie to cast Gravecrawler from the graveyard.

I kind of ignored Jalira, myself, as a weaker Proteus Staff. If you're going Dimir, I might use Bitterblossom over the crawler. Costs some life, but no further mana and you have evasive creatures/aerial speedbumps as needed if you don't need to use Jalira.
