The main synergy here is Yisan + untap effects.
Once I found Village Bell-Ringer going I got to wondering how far I could take the combo. Turns out we can win the game with just Yisan, if you have all of the above cards in your library.
The setup takes a few turns:
1. Play Yisan.
2. Activate Yisan to get Llanowar Elves
3. Activate Yisan to get a Priest of Titania
4. Now it's time to go crazy:
Use the three mana from Llanowar Elves and Priest of Titania to activate Yisan. Fetch out Village Bell-Ringer, which untaps the elves and Yisan.
That means we can do it again! Fetch out 4CMC Restoration Angel to blink Village Bell-Ringer.
At 5CMC, fetch out Sky Hussar to untap everything. At 6CMC, grab Aurelia, the Warleader and attack for 3 to untap everything.
At 7CMC, fetch out Rune-Scarred Demon to fetch Mobililize. Cast it to untap everything.
At 8CMC, fetch out Craterhoof Behemoth to give everything +9/+9. Attack with it and Aurelia for 12+14 trample damage!
The combos fairly ridiculous, but it's pretty fun to activate Yisan 5 times in one turn.

Drop Mobilize out for:

Finish the combo out on Aurelia's first swing for that extra 9 damage.

Vitalize is strictly better. There are probably some possible variations in the curve too - Bloom Tender + Judge's Familiar or another hybrid one drop could produce more mana eventually. If I search out something different with Rune-Scarred Demon, maybe I could also a grab an Iona or something cool.
