The combo here is the Broodhatch and Fire Covenant, really. The rest are optional, depending on tastes:
-Essence Warden recovers the life lost for the Covenant.
-Manamorphose lets you use the Covenant in an otherwise mono-green deck.
-Champion of lambholt allows you to push all that damage through when you attack, as there will be very little that can block after a mass creature drop with it out.

This will also work with the newly previewed Hornet Nest, but Broodhatch was here first and deserves a little screentime. Saber Ants too.
