Island is

Requires at least 4 Counters on the Chalice. Combine with any other planeswalker you like.
I think this works since each time I activate the Chain Veil I get an additional "activate PW Once" effect.

Oh no! Lose 2 life if I didn't activate a PW ability? I guess I'd better activate a PW ability, because you know, sometimes when you have a PW, you just don't want to activate its ability...

Having said that, nice combo :)

That "Once this turn" bit is getting Chain Veil more debate than I have seen over a card's function in years.

I stand in the first group, that the whole ability amounts to "You didn't activate your planeswalkers this turn", each time its used.

Then there's the second camp, that thinks once this turn really applies to the chain veil itself more or less, so no comboing it.

I haven't read the arguments yet but the way I read it is basically you can use any of the pw abilities and then pay 4 mana to use one again and that's it
The part that stands out to me is chain veils phrase "you may activate...once this turn". The veil is telling to to activate a loyality ability then providing it's its own restiction on the number of times you can do this(once). I wouldn't be surprised if the rules end up stating you can't activate an ability after the chain since you activated one during its resolution
I link it to super trample. For those who don't know see lone wolf, at this combat step, a blocked creature can assign damage as if it wasn't blocked. It can't repeatable do damage the same combat it has to wait until the next.
Same basic idea, a planes walker can use its ability as if it didn't use it, then has to wait till next turn to do it again. Any other way will be to broken

Random update:

According to Matt Tabak, the Veil CAN go infinite. Weird.

It can combo to infinity if you have a way to keep untapping it.

As per the M15 Release Notes for The Chain Veil...

-The second loyalty ability you activate doesn't have to be the same as the first ability. For example, you could activate a planeswalker's first ability twice, or you could activate a planeswalker's first ability, then activate its second ability.

-Each additional time The Chain Veil's last ability resolves will allow you to activate a loyalty ability of each planeswalker you control an additional time. For example, if you activate The Chain Veil's last ability, untap it, then activate it again, you can activate a loyalty ability of a planeswalker you control three times that turn.
