Crosis's catacomb is standing in for Marchessa, the black rose...(try as I might I can never seem to put up the picture) During upkeep, Sac a modular 2 (or higher) creature to phyrexian altar (or any sac engine), Modular triggers and put the +1/+1 counters on tetravus. Remove 4 tetravus counters creating 4 artifact creatures, sac 4 token and tetravus to time sieve for an extra turn. At end of turn Marchessa will bring arcbound and tetra back ready for another go around.

Pentavus could replace the [modular and tetravus and sac engine].
This would reduce it to a 3 Card Combo.

good point. By this stage of the game there should be plenty of mana to pay for pentavites too.
