You must have Spawnbroker enchanted with Splinter Twin, and Intruder Alarm in play. Cast Hysterical Blindness or similar in order to have opponent's creatures' power less or equal to one. Tap Spawnbroker to get a copy of it, exchange the copy with a creature your opponent controls, untap the original one. Repeat as many times as you want, until the end of turn.
