Start with some lands in your hand and 7 on the battlefield.
Cast Great Whale, untap some lands, cast Spitting Image on the Whale leaving 1 mana in the pool, untap some lands, discard a land casting Spitting Image for ist Retrace cost... repeat until no lands in Hand, then cast Sprouting Vines, repeat...
