I can only assume you posted the wrong card spoiler there, as its Deathrender again.
There is no reanimator here, nor anything for the Heartstones to reduce, as is.

This is supposed to be the rakdos legend. At its best it can be a self guided reversed mill reanimator, giving a unique twist to the norm

Two Heartstones is pointless then. They are self-locked to be unable to reduce an ability below 1 mana to activate.
