Let your opponent get you down the the Second Chance / Fateful Hour magic number of 5 or less life so Second Chance will trigger, then drop the Sun Titan.
It returns Second Chance to your field, allowing you to use it again next turn. As long as you can start attacking and keep doing so with the titan, you can maintain infinite turns.
