Great Commander who is super synergistic with any Scry or Ripple effects. Just dig through your deck using Scry or Ripple, then pay 2 to cheat that creature onto the field.

Gotta remember, it has to be weaker than he is to bring it back with his ability. If you drop out Emrakul from the bottom of your library, unless he is at least a 15/15, Emrakul is just going back into your library.

Ya, plus his effect isn't a replacement effect, so any fatty that get's shuffled back into the library when they enter the graveyard (like emrakul) still gets shuffled back in. But whatever, he's basically a hydra so with a decent set-up you could easily cast him with a fair amount of +1/+1 counters.

I might use him outside commander with Cream of the Crop. Every time you have a creature enter, you can look at the top of your library equal to its power, leave one there and the rest to the bottom. So its a pseudo scry for every creature you get.
