Cast bioshift on Hero of Leina Tower. Before it resolves, pay X (possibly 5) mana to get X +1/+1 counters on it. Move all the counters onto Sage of Hours. Activate Vorel's ability and double the counters on the Sage. Remove five counters and enjoy your next turn.

I am noticing a trend of people reading Sage of Hours as "remove five counters: take an extra turn." You remove ALL counters, and get an extra turn for every five you remove like that. You do not get to leave ANY on the creature when you use the ability.

You're right. I apologize for misreading the text. The combo with Elite Arcanist is better, then.
