Credit goes to Chox for the Increasing Savagery-Sage of Hours combo.

Simply add Elite Arcanist exiling Solidarity of Heroes in order to have infinite turns once Sage of Hours has 5 +1/+1 counters on it.

Yes. Actually I was too lazy to find another standard legal way to put counters on the sage of hours. I wanted only point out the possibility of Infinite turns in standard with the help of Elite Arcanist.
