equip guardian of the gateless with the above mentioned artifacts and enchant it with trollhide. the trollhide is so that if wither or infect is used, yjou can regenerate it. fireshriejer will let you deal twice the amount of damage, mask of avacyn will protect it from kill and exile spells, and darksteel plate will make it indestructable.

Trollhide does nothing against wither OR infect. Both those abilities replace actual damage with -1/-1 counters. You could regenerate a creature a million times, and its still dead if its toughness drops to zero thanks to those counters.

Besides the "Upheaval" or "Exile all" or "target Player sacrifices" spells there are some nice creatures out there. Attack with False Prophet or Elven Warhound and guess if they will be blocked!-)
