put both enchantments on Macar, then use second wind to tap him, pay 1 blue (for freed from the real) to untap him (his ability triggers, making a gold token and exiling a creature)

tap him again with second wind

sacrifice token for 1 blue, then use freed from the real to untap him... again... repeat as desired

unsure if freed from the real is really needed to pull this off, could be only second wind with kimg macar (unsure if it would work that way though)

Pretty sure this doesn't work because it's the second wind that you tap to tap or untap the enchanted creature

are you sure it isnt cost (tap) for effect that goes on the stack (untap)?

Second Wind was part of that screwy block where they were experimenting with new idea. As such, the aura itself taps for those abilities, not the creature.
