1. Play Mountain, cast Black Lotus, then use their abilities to cast Geosurge. 2. Use the mana from Geosurge to cast Quest for the Goblin Lord, Mass Hysteria, then Empty the Warrens in order. 3. The storm ability on Empty the Warrens will copy Empty the Warrens three times giving you eight 1/1 red goblin creature tokens, Mass Hysteria will give them haste, and Quest for the Goblin Lord will give them +2/+0 making them 3/1. Attack your opponent to deal 24 damage and win the game on your first turn.

The mana you gain from Geosurge can't be used to cast anything but artifacts or creatures. You can't use it for Quest, Mass Hysteria, or Empty the Warrens.
