Turn one combo. Drop the mountain and lotus. Tap Mountain for 1 red mana and sac the lotus for three blue mana. Flash colossus into play then cast burst and attack. You win because of infect. If your opponent goes first and you go second he or she will probably have a creature out. You can have something to make it unblockable like aqueous form or artful dodge just in case. Mass Hysteria can also be used to give colossus haste instead of burst of speed or you can have both in your deck to make sure one of them is in your opening hand.

I hate to say it but I personally don't like combos that use the power 9 especially the Black Lotus! (I can't play them).
