play two Poluted Deads. when they die, continue playing goulcaller\'s chants and destroy many lands

Ghoulcaller's Chant doesn't let you play itself more than once, and neither of the zombies will get it back. So with this setup, you are destroying a total of four lands for spending 21 mana, since the chant returns the zombies to your hand and not the battlefield.
