Play presance of death, play doomgape. at the beginning of your upkeep, sacrifice it and use undying evil. enchant it with unhallowed pact and continue sacrificing it at the beginning of your turn. gain lots of life and get lots of +1/+1 counters

There are a lot of problems here:
-Death's Presence does nothing if you don't have another creature on the field when its trigger stacks. Before any triggered ability can resolve, all of them that triggered at the same time must be stacked, and all of them requiring targets MUST have targets at the time they stack or they will be countered for lack of a legal target.
-Undying Evil works ONCE. It does not permanently grant undying.
-Unhallowed Pact similarly works ONCE. Once the enchanted creature dies, the aura goes to the graveyard with it and stays there as it sends the creature back to the field.
-Other than producing black mana, I am not really sure why the swamp is there.

I do realize that all of these only work once, but tou still get 31 life and 31 +1/+1 counters on a creature you control
