Centaur's Herald is actually Renown Weaver
Ajani's Chosen is actually Eidolon of Blossoms

I got to 'live the dream' with this combo during the prerelease.

Get Gift of Immortality on the Renown Weaver while Eidolon of Blossoms is on the battlefield. During the 2nd Main Phase of a turn at the latest you can pay 2 mana to sac the Weaver, it'll return, then you'll get your spider Enchantment Creature and trigger Eidolon to draw a card. At the end of the turn the Gift will bring itself back onto the Weaver and trigger the Eidolon to draw another card.

With these you can net 1 1/3 Spider Enchantment Creature token with Reach AND 2 cards drawn for a green and a colorless mana EVERY Turn!

Yeah, I managed this too but without the eidolon.
