Enchant creature Whenever enchanted creature attacks, put a +1/+1 counter on it. Then if it has three or more +1/+1 counters on it, sacrifice this Aura. When you sacrifice this Aura, you gain 10 life.

Place sunbond and an ordeal on the sentinel with one ordeal in hand and gain two life from a source. When you attack, a counter will be added, the ordeal will be sacrificed, then you will gain ten life and ten +1/+1 counters. Once this has occurred, play the other ordeal on sentinel. Now you have a loop that gains ten life and eleven +1/+1 counters on your sentinel each turn due to the sentinel's triggered ability. Enjoy

I actually noticed this in the Boros starter deck and pulled it off once :)
