Island is standing in for the ever popular Sage of Hours.
Get Sunbond on the Sage, with the Wall of Reverence out too. Get either the Sage up to a full five power or another creature with the necessary power.
At your end step, use WoR's trigger to gain the necessary five life to put five counters on Sage of Hours, then activate it to take another turn.
