Attach Backslide to Elite Arcanist. Have rest of pieces available. Get them in play. Soul bond Deadeye to Drake. Make lots of mana, swap soul bond onto Brine Elemental. Activate Elite arcanist, to morph Brine, then unmorph it, bounce either to cause Intruder alarm to untap Elite Arcanist, repeat as necessary, the skip untap step stacks. Memorial is only there if needed to give elite haste.
