Tap the Elite arcanist for 1 thanks to Training grounds, exiling two lands. After the lands come back, use one of them to pay the untap cost and the other to pay the activation cost again. This should provide infinite landfall.

You don't have the mana to cast Ghostly Flicker without some form of mana increaser (mana reflection, Mirari's Wake)
So no infinite land drops.

That would be what the Training Grounds and Elite Arcanist are for. The Arcanist lets you cast the exiled spell without paying its mana cost, and the Training Grounds reduces the cost to activate the Arcanist to 1.

You have to pay X to activate ELite Arcanist, so you need more mana then just 2 to get the combo running

X is 3(ghostly flicker cmc), which is then reduced by 2 from training grounds since its the cost of an activated ability, which leaves X = 1

...Well of course youre gonna need more than 2, but then again, youd have to have 4 to get the Arcanist out anyway.... so I think by the next turn (usually 5) you would have your 4 and maybe a 5th.. so It wouldnt be too hard
