Its an obvious interaction, but not one in the system yet.

Strap the Blade to the Exterminator and go to town. The Exterminator hits the player, it gets bigger. It kills a blocker, it gets bigger again. It can even pick off creatures that aren't getting in its way to keep pressure on your opponent.
