Put both cards in a red and green deck of any kind (ie r/g or as much as all mana) I have this in my ally deck.you should try to get primal surge out first as most ppl will attack urabrask. but you do not want any other instants or sorceries in your deck because you will be able to get everything out and urabrask will make them have haste. the end. game over.

Nice! Indeed, you need only 10 mana, since urabrask can be put into play from your library giving haste to all your creatures.

Edit: and you don't need other than green mana ;-)
