Traumatize opponent then yourself which makes you mill half your deck. then do psychic spiral on yourself which makes it so you shuffle your graveyard into your library and makes your opponent mill the amount of cards you shuffled into your library. the total cost would be 15.

Let's say you traumatize yourself for 25 cards... Then you make yourself shuffle those 25 cards back in and mill your opp 25... What's the combo?

Sorry I didn't see that you use traumatize on yourself AND your opp.

You could Combine it with a non-Basic hermit druid deck (http://www.mtgcombos.com/view.php?fid=2&tid=64645)
Mill your own lib and then cast Psychic Spiral. You don't Need traumatize.
