Equip Arbiter with Paradise mantle. Tap to create 1 blue mana to pay for freed from the real's untap ability. This will trigger the "inspired ability for the arbiter. If the revealed card doesn't come into play by the arbiter, activate the top to get it on the library...rinse and repeat. This is unlimited draw and a buttload of free cards entering the battlefield.

Yeah this is pretty much "put every permanent from your library onto the battlefield" isn't it? Very awesome. Because if you reveal an instant for example, you activate the top, draw the instant, and top goes on top of your library. Then you tap-untap the sphinx and reveal sensei's top from the top of your library, play it for free, and the top card of your library is a new card ready to play.
