This is based on a previously submitted combo. Now I use Kiora's follower to make it standard legal.
During your opponent's untap step, tap the resonator to copy the triggered ability of the Prophet, then use the follower to untap the resonator. Let the copy resolve, untapping all lands and creatures you control. Repeat from the beginning in order to have infinite mana and untap.

I think that doesn't work.
The Prophet of Kruphix just let you untap your permanents, the card's rule text is as follow:
15.09.2013 Creatures and lands you control untap at the same time as the active player’s permanents. You can’t choose to not untap them at that time.
The active Players permanents untap as follows:
502.2. Second, the active player determines which permanents he or she controls will untap. Then he or she untaps them all simultaneously. This turn-based action doesn’t use the stack. Normally, all of a player’s permanents untap, but effects can keep one or more of a player’s permanents from untapping.
If you want to use Strionic Resonator and activate its ability, then you Need priority for activating and something on the stack to target. But, you DO NOT GET priority during untap-step and the untapping of your permanents is already done when you get priority in the upkeep step. So this combo and the other one with Filigree Sages do not work.
Some Rules:
116.3a The active player receives priority at the beginning of most steps and phases, after any turn-based actions (such as drawing a card during the draw step; see rule 703) have been dealt with and abilities that trigger at the beginning of that phase or step have been put on the stack. No player receives priority during the untap step. Players usually don’t get priority during the cleanup step (see rule 514.3).
500.3. A step in which no players receive priority ends when all specified actions that take place during that step are completed. The only such steps are the untap step (see rule 502) and certain cleanup steps (see rule 514).
502.3. No player receives priority during the untap step, so no spells can be cast or resolve and no abilities can be activated or resolve. Any ability that triggers during this step will be held until the next time a player would receive priority, which is usually during the upkeep step. (See rule 503, “Upkeep Step.”)
