cast altar, use twist, sac critters, at end of turn you get yours back

Build-your-own Plague Wind. Nice. Will try this ridic card in EDH decks with sac outlets, sounds cool.

the twist allegiance card... is so scarce in this location, i have only ever seen the one, and i got it... i was lucky though... it is a pretty foil :)

and before people say anything about this... yes, i am well aware that i can get it online too... just.. i have never seen anyone crack one from a pack, and have never seen it in any collection other than mine
